The Club de Antiguos Alumnos (the alumni club) maintains the objectives and basic philosophy on which it was founded in June 2003 which can be summarized in «The desire to contribute to the advancement of the professional career of those who were part of the CSHG and also to help them remain in contact with each other as well as to encourage permanent contact with the Centro Superior de Hostelería.»
